The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Operational Excellence Coach to work self-employed across multiple sectors, including manufacturing, defence, motorsport, finance, online retail, and steel.
You’ll work on-site with client teams, coaching them to become capable, confident, and engaged, using our 12-step SOE® framework over 14 weeks.
You’ll Bring
- 10+ years in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Business Transformation
- A deep understanding of people and operations
- A coaching mindset — enabling others, not instructing
- Curiosity, humility, and great listening skills
- Willingness to learn our unique coaching style
- Ability to articulate your own coaching approach
